Ellen Ganz – Designated Broker, GRI
My real estate career started in 1996 when I became a licensed real estate agent in Spokane, Washington. After completing my Bachelors Degree in Education, at the Evergreen State College, I was hired by the Institute of Village Studies, a non-profit educational organization. As a group leader, my trips focused on independent study and volunteering in villages in Belize, Central America.
In 2001, my husband, Matt Ganz, and I decided to move to McCall, Idaho. This decision was sparked when Matt was hired as a McCall Smokejumper with the United State Forest Service. After learning that McCall was ranked top ten nation wide as an area ideal for investing in second homes, I decided to further my career in real estate. Currently, I am enjoying my ninth year in real estate as an Associate Broker with Community Real Estate.
As a full time Realtor, there is no doubt that I will put forth all necessary energy to ensure that a real estate deal is well researched and managed. Whether you are looking to relocate to McCall, purchase a second home, vacant land or a rental property; let my expertise guide you through the process. I am experienced in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, short sales and new construction. Having built my own home, I am experienced in the process of building and the necessary steps needed to make the project successful.
With competence and a strong work ethic, I will go the extra mile for you.
Some activities I enjoy most are rafting, backpacking, skiing and playing hockey on the McCall Ospreys. I also enjoy reading and taking long walks with my dog Arrow. For me, the beauty of McCall is a large easel in which I can paint joy into my life. I am grateful to live and work is such a pleasant mountain community.
